1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Handitech Lime Solutions ('we', 'us', or 'our'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services
Handitech Lime Solutions provides technology services including but not limited to: prototyping and scoping, web and mobile application development, IT consultation, hardware repairs, and CCTV installation. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal.
3. Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of services. Timely feedback and approvals are required to ensure project timelines are met. Clients must ensure they have the right to use any content, data, or materials provided to us for use in their projects.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in individual project proposals or service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed upon, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during a project. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks used in development remain the property of their respective owners. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information and project details. We will not disclose proprietary information to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results or outcomes of our services. While we strive for excellence in all deliverables, we do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. Bug fixes and minor adjustments within the agreed scope will be addressed within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Handitech Lime Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as outlined in the specific project agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. We will provide all completed deliverables upon receipt of outstanding payments.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
